PROMOTIONS
During and after a promotion, simultaneous sales may occur in our local shop, which means your product from the Instant Buy section may no longer be available. Should this happen, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative product at the same price.
Free shipping is not available during ongoing promotions. Gift cards are excluded from all promotions.
Delivery times may be extended during a promotion.
For Wish Products currently available, it may happen that the selected fabric is sold out. In such cases, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative. Fabric choices are limited to materials currently in stock.
1. Scope of Application
All deliveries, offers, and services of my company are provided exclusively under the terms and conditions stated here.
Conflicting or deviating terms from customers will not be recognized unless expressly and in writing approved by me.
2. Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery times may vary depending on workload, staff availability, or illness and do not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payment must be made using the available payment methods indicated.
Orders are processed only after payment has been received in our account.
VAT is calculated based on the respective delivery country and applied after the delivery address has been entered.
From November onward, delivery times may be extended due to the high order volume before Christmas, even for Instant Buy products. This does not constitute a valid reason for complaint.
3. Order Cancellation
Completed orders cannot be modified. However, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To withdraw, please visit the Withdrawal page and fill out the provided form. You will then receive detailed instructions on the next steps.
Wish Products, discounted products, and personalized items are excluded from return.
4. Unpaid Orders
Orders that require payment but remain unpaid are not automatically canceled. The customer will receive a reminder email sent to the provided address, requesting payment within 7 business days. If payment is not received, the case will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
All unpaid invoices will be handed over to the collection agency.

Goods will be shipped according to the stated delivery times, which refer to business days. In exceptional cases, deviations may occur.
Orders from Austria and Germany are shipped via LogoiX; orders from Switzerland are shipped via Post AG.
We assume no liability for delays caused by the shipping company.
All prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.
Invoices are sent electronically via email; no invoice is included in the package.
Due to advance payment made directly to the service provider’s account and the nature of online sales, I am exempt from the cash register requirement according to §131b BAO (§6 BarUV 2015).
5. Conclusion of Contract
The contract becomes legally binding once the customer submits a paid order and receives written order confirmation via email.
Failure to fulfill the contract will be referred to the District Court of Gmunden.
In exceptional cases, the ordered product may not be deliverable. If this occurs, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative or the option to cancel the order. Please reply promptly to avoid longer delivery times.
6. Warranty
Warranty is provided within the legal framework. Slight variations in color and texture compared to photos do not constitute grounds for complaint.
In the case of defective goods, we reserve the right to one repair attempt. Warranty claims apply only for actual product defects and must be made within one month of receiving the goods.
Important Notice for “Zirbe” Products:
Zirbenholz (Swiss pine wood) is a natural material. Volume loss due to use is a natural process and not a valid reason for complaint. The product can be refilled with wood shavings (a sewing machine is required). After approximately two years, we recommend replacing any inner cushions if applicable.
7. Safety Regulations
Since our products are primarily intended for babies and children, please observe special safety precautions.
Always check products for damage such as cracks or wear before use.
Ensure that the ribbons on the cocoon are not too long and are securely double-knotted so your child cannot reach or untie them.
8. Customer Data / Data Protection
By placing an order, you agree to the electronic storage of your data. I guarantee that your data will be treated strictly confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
