Shipping within Austria and to Germany
Shipping to Austria and Germany is handled by LogoiX. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, regardless of the weight or price of the ordered items.
Shipping Process:
Shipping to Austria and Germany is carried out by LogoiX. A shipping confirmation, along with a tracking number, will be sent to you directly by LogoiX via email, so you can track your package at any time.
Black Friday Promotion:

Instant Buy Products: Delivery by Christmas.

Wish Products: Delivery depending on order volume, possibly after Christmas.
Important Notes:
Starting from November, delivery times may be extended due to the high order volume before Christmas, even for instant buy items. This will not be considered a valid reason for complaint.

Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland is handled by Post AG and costs 30 €, regardless of the order's price or weight.
Free shipping to Switzerland for orders over 600 €. (Not valid during current promotions.)
Customs duties and fees may apply when shipping to Switzerland.
VAT-Free Orders:
Orders can only be VAT-free if picked up in person at our store in Altmünster and personally brought into Switzerland.

Shipping to Other Countries (Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Benelux States, and France)
For shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, the Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), and France, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, regardless of the order's price or weight.
For shipping to other countries, please contact us via our contact form before completing your order. We will quickly find an appropriate and cost-effective shipping option.
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping for Stock & Wish Products
Shipping will take place only once all items in the order are ready. We do not offer partial shipments.
If you order both Instant Buy products and Wish Products with delivery times, shipping will take place only after the Wish Products are ready.
